Admission Requirements

We welcome students at various educational levels. Please review the requirements for your category below.

NEW STUDENTS FOR FORM ONE

Primary six report card.
Photocopy of birth certificate.
Common Entrance/First School Leaving Certificate Acceptance Slip.

TRANSFERRED STUDENTS

Report card of the previous class or transfer certificate.
Photocopy of birth certificate.
Certificate of good conduct (if possible).

ADMISSION INTO LOWER SIXTH (HIGH SCHOOL)

Ordinary level result slip.
Birth certificate.
Certificate of conduct (if possible).

Admission Period

Admissions are open to ALL classes of the school in General, Commercial, and Technical sections, from Forms 1 to Upper Sixth.

Examination Classes

All students in examination classes (Forms 5 and Upper Sixth) MUST pay all their total fee on admission. Fees paid is non refundable.

Fee Payment Policy

Parents are strongly advised to pay all fees at once or in 2 installments

First installment must be completed before mid-October (before first sequence tests)

Second installment must be paid by mid-January (start of second term)

Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in case of dismissal or withdrawal

Part fees can be refunded in case of serious illness, as proven by hospital records

IMPORTANT CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS

CCC Mankon maintains high standards of discipline and moral education. Students are expected to:

Respect all school authorities, teachers, and staff
Be punctual for all classes and school activities
Follow the dress code (no specific uniform, but proper attire required)
No cell phones, electronic gadgets, or dangerous items on campus
Maintain cleanliness and avoid littering
No smoking, drinking, or involvement with drug

Discipline Philosophy

Discipline is the heart of pedagogy! Discipline begins with self-discipline and then transcends to others. Boys or girls who are disciplined will become respectful men/women tomorrow.

Dialogue remains the key to resolving differences. We have a hierarchical rank of discipline support from class prefects to the principal.
